Metadec 2

I have a C-Scope Metadec 2 with broken lugs on the search head. Does anybody know if the heads are interchangeable with other C-Scopes of the era such as the 1220b and the Promet?

I had a metadec way back in the past and a lot of search heads from that era are interchangeable on c scopes, but they have to go to c scopes factory in ashford to be tuned in search head to control box . Give them a phone on 01233 629181 ask for service department.

I have fitted a 10" coil from a C-Scope 2mx and it seems to work OK. In fact the balance is a lot better with the larger coil. It's not quite as sensitive on the smaller items though.
